“BLUEBELL Securities officially joined the Investment Banking Club on February 16, 2024,” said Ms. Narissara Chaiwatana, CEO of BLUEBELL Securities Co., Ltd. “The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has officially granted approval for Bluebell to operate as a financial advisor (FA), effective May 13, 2024. This allows us to fully launch our comprehensive financial advisory services.”
The new team is led by Mr. Amarit Sukhavanij, Head of Strategy, who will oversee the financial advisory business while also serving as acting Head of Product Management. The team is further strengthened by Mr. Teerayut Thaiturapaisarn and Mr. Parinya Wongphetkhao, along with a group of professional financial advisors.
This expansion aims to strengthen the company’s capabilities and enhance its services to a broader client base. The team will focus on a range of services, including IPO (Initial Public Offering) listings, debt and equity fundraising, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financial restructuring, and other investment banking-related services.
The company’s goal is to elevate the quality of its clients’ businesses to meet market standards, thereby positioning high-quality companies for future stock exchange listings.
“To ensure that Bluebell’s financial advisory services are effective and fully meet the diverse needs of our clients, we have brought in Mr. Teerayut Thaiturapaisarn, Assistant Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking,” said Mr. Amarit Sukhavanij. “He will strengthen our analytical perspective, deal structuring, strategic thinking, and ability to solve complex problems, as well as identify new business opportunities to drive long-term growth for our clients.
“Additionally, Mr. Parinya Wongphetkhao, Senior Director of Investment Banking, will help elevate the quality of our clients’ businesses to prepare them for an IPO.
