Terms and Conditions of the Promotional Campaign

1. This promotional campaign is for individual and institutional investors who invest in debentures (primary market) or mutual funds through Bluebell Securities Co., Ltd. only. The cumulative investment must reach 300 million Baht from January 15, 2025 to June 30, 2025.
2. In the case that an investor has more than one account with Bluebell Securities Co., Ltd., the company will combine the cumulative investment amounts from all accounts by primarily considering the ID card number or corporate registration number.
3. The travel period will be in October 2025 (terms and conditions as designated by the company).
4. The prize is one cruise package for two people, valued at approximately 350,000 Baht.
5. The company will announce the cruise itinerary within 60 days after the end of the promotional campaign.
6. Bluebell Securities Co., Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotional campaign without prior notice. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Bluebell Securities Co., Ltd. shall be final.
   
   Investors should understand the product’s features, returns, and risks before making an investment decision.

Note:

1. The promotion does not include travel expenses (airfare) and accommodation costs if you travel and arrive before boarding the cruise ship.
2. This promotion is only for mutual funds with a front-end fee of at least 1%. The company reserves the right to exclude mutual funds where the asset management company has reduced the front-end fee to less than 1%.
3. The promotion does not include investments in the following debentures:
   • Thoresen Thai Agencies Public Company Limited (TTA)
   • Muangthai Capital Public Company Limited (MTC)
   • Super Energy Corporation Public Company Limited (SUPER)
   • Srisawad Capital 1969 Public Company Limited (SCAP)
   • Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI)
   • Thai Foods Group Public Company Limited (TFG)
   • JMT Network Services Public Company Limited (JMT)
   • Prinsiri Public Company Limited (expected to offer debentures) (PRIN)
   • Sena Development Public Company Limited (SENA)
   • Ngern Turbo Public Company Limited (TURBO)
   • Srisawad Corporation Public Company Limited (SAWAD)
   • AssetWise Public Company Limited (ASW)
   • TPI Polene Public Company Limited (TPIPL)
   • Internet Thailand Public Company Limited (INET)
   • National Power Supply Public Company Limited (NPS)
   • Jaymart Group Holdings Public Company Limited (JMART)
   • Micro Leasing Public Company Limited (MICRO)
   • Pre-Built Public Company Limited (PREB)
