With over a decade of experience in the finance and investment sector, Kamin has chosen to leverage his expertise to support Bluebell in expanding the potential of Thailand’s domestic financial and capital markets. His contributions span a wide range of initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, capital market financing advisory, securities trading, fundraising, and financial consulting on complex transactions and deals. He has held various roles in the securities, banking, and finance industries, serving as an investment advisor, financial planner, and securities analyst.

Kamin holds a Master’s degree in business administration from College of Management Mahidol University. Furthermore, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics from Thammasat University and is a licensed investment analyst, Class 1 investment advisor for complex instruments, and AFPT.

Chicha is an experienced finance professional with a background in investment banking, corporate finance, and investor relations for high-profile clients. From her past experiences, she has exposure to various industries such as real estate and banking.  With a degree in engineering she brings a unique mix of technical and financial skills. Her engineering background equips her with strong quantitative skills, structured problem-solving approaches, and a system thinking mindset, enabling her to analyze complex financial data and execute strategic decisions. Fluent in Thai and English, she excels in regulatory compliance and strategic planning across diverse industries.

Chicha holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering management from Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology, Thammasat University.

Sutiwas is a finance professional with experience in corporate finance, specializing in financial modeling, cost control, and data-driven performance optimization. He has contributed to industry and business analysis, evaluated financial statements, assisted in debt restructuring and fund raising throughout the whole process.

Sutiwas holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration with First Class Honors from the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, majoring in Finance.

Pawin began his career in investment banking as a part-time analyst during his undergraduate studies, where he contributed to financial modeling, data analysis, financial due diligence, and the preparation of Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) opinions across various industries. He also has experience supporting cross-border transactions and various capital-raising initiatives.

Pawin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Thammasat Business School, Thammasat University.

Natthanon has hands-on experience in investment banking and financial analysis through both analyst and internship roles. He has supported due diligence processes, conducted valuation analysis, market research, and built financial models for clients across diverse industries, including logistics and media.

Natthanon holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration with Second Class Honors from Chulalongkorn University, majoring in Finance. Natthanon also completed an academic exchange program at McGill University in Canada, gaining international exposure.
